A Wonderful Holiday Stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The check-in was smooth, and the renovated rooms were a highlight, especially the modern bathroom. The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our Christmas break. Don’t miss trying the delicious pizza at Pizzapolli during your visit!

The early check-in process was frustrating, as staff were not only unhelpful but dismissive. Upon finally checking in, our requested rooms were on separate levels, causing additional inconvenience. The limited space in the rooms made it challenging, especially in the cramped bathroom. the guava jam served at breakfast was delightful, offering a brief highlight during an otherwise disappointing experience.

Accommodation offers spacious family rooms, ideal for group stays. The cleanliness and modern ambiance of the room enhance comfort.

The location presents significant accessibility challenges due to steps at the entrance with no ramp assistance available. The room assignment in the basement complicates navigation, especially with strollers, and the lack of in-room communication means residents need to trek back to the reception for help. Breakfast service is chaotic, with poorly organized hot food options and limited cutlery availability, leading to long waits and frustration. While the room quality is good, the multiple inconveniences detract from the overall experience.

The beautifully decorated environments made feeling at home easy, especially with the charming Victorian style, which brought a lovely elegance to the space. I felt as though I was stepping into a delightful tea party!

More attentive staff interactions would improve the experience.

I have to say, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy, I barely had any noise problems, so I slept well. I was shocked when the first room they gave me was way too small with no windows.

It wasn't cheap, but for what I got, it was acceptable.

Had a good night here. The location was decent, really close to some fun spots. The bar was nice for a quick drink after exploring. Wouldn't call it a cozy vibe.

Positive, I recently stayed in a Standard Double Room for three nights. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi. 👍

Stayed one night in a newly renovated room. It had a nice big TV and a clean bathroom. Warming up was quick but the hallway was super cold. Had a full breakfast, not buffet style, but still plenty of pastries. Found free parking nearby, wish I’d noticed it earlier. A bit noisy due to dining action above.
